christine arthur is a native of the San Francisco bay area who has pursued her love of the arts in an array of media and subject matter. She has won numerous awards for both design and photography and began more formally pursuing exhibiting her fine art works in 2009. Formally educated in design, illustration and photography, the images chosen for inclusion into the EuphoricArts gallery, are limited to those that she strongly feels provide her audience a sense of peace and tranquility. Her vantage point is purposeful in showing the details of both nature and man-made objects, communicating a perspective of beauty often times only their Creator may see. Continually exploring the dynamic between technology and art, she utilizes the most up-to-date improvements in equipment, technologies and media involved in capturing, creating and reproducing her art. These ongoing, often painstaking improvements produce striking archival images of the highest quality that are intended to be enjoyed for generations. Clients are drawn to her work for not only the peaceful and tranquil subject matter, but the colors, treatments, textures and execution of her fine art print making process. Christine's complete body of works are available for purchase via the EuphoricArts online gallery, and her work is regularly exhibited at the Quinlin Community Center in Cupertino. As of April of 2011 she is a resident member artist of Gallery 9 in Los Altos.
Established in 1970 in Menlo Park, Gallery 9 moved to Los Altos in 1973 and to this day some of the earliest members are still with the Gallery. Originally a group of nine artists — hence the name — the membership now stands at just under thirty. Gallery 9 is located at 143 Main Street, Los Altos CA 94022 Gallery Hours: For more information or to be added to our mailing list, please email: ![]() |
